Physical Therapy

Carrie Steffes graduated from Nothern Illinois University in 2002 with a Masters of Physical Therapy. She has worked primarily in orthopedics since graduating. A few areas of her expertise include balance training, postural correction, core stability, athletic enhancement, and injury rehab/prevention. She participates in sporting activities year-round including marathon running, volleyball, and weightlifting.
